R&J’s Texas Style BBQ famous “Brisket Sandwich”

• Brisket rolls. Contrary to what you might think, this is not a bread roll with brisket in it. Pay attention. It’s a beef brisket beautifully rolled, thick and juicy stuffed with pulled pork, resting on a necessary (for color) green bed of arugula. Just dig in.
• Peach cobbler. There’s no going back to Grammy’s New England cobbler after you try this. Smoked, thick, how-can-it-be trueness.
• Texas cheese board. Yes and I’ll have a Cowboy Quencher with that please and thank you.
• Pulled pork wrap. So good and I don’t have to cook.

  • A sole proprietorship is not a legal structure, so your assets are not protected with this choice of structure.  Consider an LLC or other structure.
